Today we took the bear for a walk.
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
Deadlift
Hang Clean
Front Press
Back Squat
Back Press
50 Foot overhead carry
Morey 50lbs 34 rounds

If your gonna be a bear be a Grizzly!
