Warm up for both days is Dynamic & 100 Jumping Jacks

Friday 3/28
For Time:
5 rounds of:
30 squats
20 sit-ups
10 push-ups

Saturday 3/29
BURPEES FOR TIME

FULL = 100

HALF-ISH = 60

SCALED = 30

Oh yeah and plant a tree or HELP A FELLOW CROSSFIT CENTRAL CT MEMBER MOVE!
