It has been brought to my attention that Lis of CrossFit Watertown
has taken a page from the Patriots playbook. In an effort to get an advantage she has obtained and released top secret footage of us and our friends at The Power Barn training for the Memorial Day Challenge. So in defense of my minions and The Power Barn: I’ve had all I can stands and I can’t stands no more! Two can play at this game one of our very own minions uncovered the training secrets of CF Watertown in this hidden camera video.

The WOD: This was our first scaled practice run at the:

Trevor Win’E Memorial Day CrossFit Challenge

The workout named “Trevor” is:

300 Pull-ups then,

400 Push-ups then,

500 Sit-ups then,

600 Squats

This is a timed team event, so these are accumulative reps. Only two members of the team can be exercising at a time.

Scaled:
150 pull-ups

200 push-ups

250 sit-ups
300 squats

2008 Trevor A. Win’E Memorial Day Challenge

Date: May 26th, 2008-Memorial Day

CrossFit Affiliates, Fire, Police, and Military around the globe will come together to remember the fallen, and to support our sons, daughters, husbands, wives, neighbors, and friends who are in harms way each and every day.

Four member teams will come together for the Trevor Win’E Memorial Day Challenge to participate in a team CrossFit style workout and donate (each team entry fee pays for one cooling vest for folks on the front lines in Iraq or Afghanistan). This workout fundraiser is to support all heroes in our military. CrossFit Central CT will be participating in this fundraiser along with our friends from:
