Warm-up: dynamic/3 rounds shoulder triplet-10 squats-10 push-ups-10 pull-ups
Today we worked on our Deadlifts and worked on them and worked on them and the good news is the ones that wer broke is fixed. The bad news is nobody seems to be able to deadlift heavy without looking like some sort of abstract painting so I’ll just file those pics away in case I ever need a favor or two.
