Today was a good day as we saw just about everyone hit a new PR on the Deadlift.  A couple people just got back from The CrossFit Total in Albany last weekend so no PR’s there.  Remember we grow during our rest and recovery you don’t have to hit a PR everytime you pick up the bar.  That being said to have an “off day” and still be in the 400’s in pretty Freakin cool in my book.

Rest up minions there will be many more opportunities for PR’s over the next few weeks.

200 jumprope

push-ups 1-2- 3- 4- 5 – 6 -7 – 8 – 9 -10

sit-ups     2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20

squats      3-6-9-12-15-18-21-24-27-30

200 jumprope

This one is a little confusing on paper(absolutley incomprehensible for some) so here is how it works in case you want to play along at home.

After completing your first 200 jumprope

1 push-up / 2 sit-ups / 3 squats

2 push-ups / 4 sit-ups / 6 squats

all the way to

10 push-ups / 20 sit-ups / 30 squats

finish with another 200 jumprope
