Hi Tom and CrossFit Central CT
The Power Barn would like to make sure that everyone is in good mental shape before the election on Nov. 4.
To help you in this regard, we are running a CrossFit total on Sun., Nov. 2 (0900-ish). If anyone is interested in a little more than the CFT, we may run a “Fran-Off” afterwards.
Come for the lifting … stay for the beverages!!

Warm-up: dynamic/ 3 rounds of: shoulder triplet-sampson stretch-
10 squats-10 pull-ups – 10 sit-ups – 10 supermans- 20 jump rope
WOD: Don’t drop the Tom’s Baby!
2 person teams, one works while one holds the “baby”!
Baby’s (Kettlebell) weight: Jim Bo 53, Jenna & Lawerance = 44, Corky =35lbs
3 rounds of:
25 Squats
25 Slam ball
25 Wall ball
25 Push Press – 70 lbs or 45 lbs
1 trip over the Balance Beam without the baby – If you fall or step off you must redo a round of all the above!
