   The level 1 certification was an amazing experience. I feel like we all learned so much that weekend. Now I look forward to taking the upcoming Olympic Lifting cert….cause you know that is what I love the most!

   Thanks Tom for all the support you have given me over these last couple of years, I couldn’t have gotten this far with out you. I am forever one of your minions…LOL!
