Yay!! We’re back up and running! :)

  2. Pete T. says:

Oh noes….this will be my WOD tomorrow and I’m scared….1,000 jump ropes since my double unders are only on every 3rd jump….

Even the warm-up looks like it’s gonna hurt….I better get into the globo early for this..

    Ok – now I’m psyched…LETS DO IT!!!

Oh wait – you all already did..

  3. kateokeefe says:

Wow… Did I skip a round or something? Yesterday’s workout was great!

  4. Hillery says:

I’m becoming a fan of the double unders… even though they seem to be four times as difficult!!

  5. Jennifer says:

Pete try for the double unders! It’s the only way you will ever get them. Everyone is doing better with each workout, but I can’t say that anyone is happy when they are not getting them. The frustration is an awful thing to watch, but great to watch the happiness when they get them. So even if you do 50 DU attempts and only get a couple here and there you will start to string them together before you know it. And yes they will take forever…

Just as an FYI there is a link to the old site on the menu bar that says V2. Watch the DU video again he has some really good advice! There is some funky stuff happening with pictures disappearing on here and there so bear with us till everything is working properly.

  6. Pete T. says:

I’ll keep working on them…I started on the 5th jump and am down to the 3rd…jump, jump, jump, double, jump, jump, jump, double…

Bring that down to jump, double, jump, double and then just plain ol double, double, double, I’ll be in business.

    DU’s it is tomorrow.

  7. Hillery says:

Good job Pete! I’m at the jump jump double jump jump double phase… I tried a double double double once but fell face first. I’m sure you are bummed you missed it!

  8. kateokeefe says:

I’m just mastering 200 in a row without screwing up… double unders are WAY in my future!!

  9. Joan says:

    Kate… I don’t believe we’ve met yet, but you’re doing great! Pete… yesterday’s WOD wasn’t so bad (cough, cough). Have fun! :)
