Globo has no PVC so I use a 10 lb bar….
Wait…I can do this whole workout at home…hmmmm perhaps I can brave the cold and knock it out in the yard…
I actually liked this workout… it was challenging, hit every body part and provided lots of good skill work. Next time would like to do it with a bar.
