Warm up = 3 Rounds of:

5-10 Push-ups, 10 Shoulder Triplet, 10 Russian Lunges, 50 Jump Rope

The WOD:

AM Classes = Broomstick Milieu

PM Classes choose one of the following=

Broomstick Milieu

OR

One Handy Randy (+5)  -  80 Dumbbell Snatch

OR

5 Rounds – 50 Double Unders & 50 Step-ups

    Well I Broomstick Milieu’d it this morning…

    26:45 – Terrible..my burpees need a ton of work. Speaking of tons, I had to use a 10 lb bar for the WOD so by my count I moved an extra 2,500lbs throughout the WOD, not including my own fat ass tonnage…

    But the important thing is I could still hear Tom from 4 States away – “Keep the elbows up…drive up from the heels” “LETS GOOOOOOOOOO” “Shoulders to your ears…get that triple extension moving the bar”

    Tom – you rocking the 5 Fingers yet or what?

    Pete,

    I have been trying to order my five fingers since my birthday and the size and style I want have been out of stock. I finally got them ordered today and hope to see them before the weekend. I can’t wait!

    Next time the Broomstick Milieu may include weighted bars, burpees, mountain climbers and bear crawls with a bonus round of ring rows.
