Ok…um…ow. My back and quads are SHOT today
Was this WOD inspired by my WOD post yesterday? My quads are already cringing and I haven’t even left for the gym..
I can’t remember the last time my legs were this sore…
You should have come tonite to stretch them out! Do the Dynamic, even a couple times if needed, it will hurt for a minute but really help loosen up! See you tomorrow??
