    That looked like a good one! I may have to do this one on Friday now that my lats are feeling better after taking a day off. :)

    Oh it sure was a good one Joan, I think I slept better last night then I ever have. I think the low burpee count is what made it survivable, otherwise I think I’d still be working on it.

    Never made it in on Friday Duffy. Did not mean to imply it looked easy, just that I like that kind of a WOD…. challenging :) We did one similar to this when we were at RK, but we ran 400m in-between the lifting. I liked it then too (even with the running!)
