Jennifer = Ring Rows, 10 lbs OL, Squats = 10:34

10:00 Newbies – For Time!

200 Jump Rope

25 Squats
30 sec Handstands
15 Push-ups
Then another 200 Jump Rope

    Courage…and not so cute biting the vacuum. I felt so good after that! But I was soooo sore the next day…I LOVE IT!
