  3. jennifer says:

  4. Spanky says:

This workout was AWESOME! Stupid me, I did it on moving day…not too smart :-)

    Where is 1/7? :-)

  5. Kate says:

    Haha! Love it!

  6. Pete T. says:

I sure do make em smile!!

That must be an afternoon photo cause there’s no way Caitlin is smiling in the morning…just sayin…

  7. Pete T. says:

    Ouch..

Row in 3:43 which may be a PR
WOD in 5:55 which is not a PR…and my hammies are hurtin….

But a good lunch wod nonetheless..

  8. Spanky says:

If you click through 1/22 fast enough it’s almost like a video clip! Haha!

  9. Spanky says:

Question! I am looking at the Filthy 50 on the CrossFit website and on KB Swings it says “1 pood”…what does that mean? (I laugh whenever I read it for the obvious reasons :-) )

  10. jennifer says:

Russian measure used for kettlebells; common ones: 1 pood =36 lbs; 1.5 pood = 54 lbs; 2 pood = 72 lbs.

  11. Spanky says:

Ah ha! Thanks for clarifying. That was driving me insane!

  12. Steve says:

Thanks for another fun (?) Saturday workout. It was very impressive to see new Crossfitters like Tony get 50 pull-ups in a workout and to see Michelle hitting it hard even when she was feeling under the weather!
